At this time our Recruitment goals are of 3 types.
1) Get to know a bunch of people excited about the game. Gather them together so that we can share our interests. Try to get a feel for what roles people desire and are suitable for.
2) Identify and recruit people of talent for leadership positions. In particular we will be looking for writers, artist, a webmaster, a HRM, a diplomat/recruiter, a Keeper of Records, and even possibly someone to replace me as Legate, if anyone can convince me that they can do the job better.
and most importantly 3) Identify and recruit Officers of the Vanguard. Prior to the game launch, it will be hard to determine campaign leadership potential, and so the 13th will accept anyone as an Officer who is capable of demonstrating his or her leadership by recruiting 3 players from the CF forums into his or her Cohort.
